Rusden Wines and Morso Events present

An evening of fine wine from the Barossa Valley paired with a 6 Course degustation menu created by the Morso Event team in Pyrmont. Chefs Justin King and Dan Grey have paired dishes with winemaker Christian Canute's finest drops.
Mix with other like minded food and wine lovers on long communal dining on a night to remember.

Canape

Beetroot cured Salmon topped with petite orange, fennel and mint salad, and orange oil

Warm salmon, flaked cod and local prawns with butter verjuice vinaigrette and confit tomato

Oven roasted duck breast with beetroot risotto, cress and hazelnut salad with truffle honey vinaigrette

Smokey slow cooked wagyu brisket with smoked potato puree, chipotle sugo and sweet and sour eschallots
