A unique beer-paired dinner for one night only during Sydney Beer Week. The 6 course menu, will marry flavours and aromas of Modern Australian cuisine with a Mediterranean influence with some of Stockade's weird and wonderful brews.
Mix with other like minded food and beer lovers on long communal dining on a night to remember.

1st course-

Salt and vinegar potato crusted fish with pea purée

Pig headed terrine with rockmelon gel, melon pearls & fine slaw

Juniper crusted seared venison, gin and blackberry jus

Spiced pork crackling and crispy rice cracker with vegemite emulsion

4th course-

Maple candied bacon, churros and black beer caramel
